I am a new IT person at a company in Arkansas that uses shoretel phones. An issue I'm trying to figure out is running shoretel communicator on a Windows 10 client. It kinda works, but doesn't seem to interact with the phone. Shoreware director says: ShoreTel, Inc. ShoreTel 12.3 Build.0 ShoreTel Director.
